Unlocking Grand Hunts requires Renown 5 with the Maruuk Centaur, and unlocking it once will unlock it for all characters on your account. Keep doing hunts as you find them and killing rares and you will eventually get there. The Maruuk Centaur is the slowest reputation to grind, as there are no community events, few world quests, you can only gain rewards from Grand Hunts 3 times per week, and rares can be hard to encounter for Centaur Hunting Trophy.
